Introducing our newest Black Belts |

The students and instructors of Harrow Choi Kwang Do would like to congratulate Harrow CKD's newest
Black Belts on their promotion to First Degree Black Belt! Namely, Mr Shiv Patel, Mr Kishan Patel and
Mr Roshan Bhuwa. Having worked extremely hard over the past 3 years you all put in a fantastic
performance at the Testing on Sunday, 2nd December 2007. Pil Suhng!

Harrow Choi Kwang Do on Facebook |

The students and instructors at Harrow Choi Kwang Do will be pleased to hear that Harrow CKD was one
of the first schools to set up a Facebook group for it's students.
There are no restrictions to joining the group so members of Facebook are encouraged to join and
leave comments. Regular updates are made with regards to news & events.

Choi Kwang Do European 20th Anniversary Seminar |

Since 1987 Grandmaster Choi single handedly introduced the most revolutionary martial art in recent
history. In March 2007 we celebrated our 20th year anniversary in Atlanta, Georgia with the seminar,
special black belt testing, and many other activities. Thousands of people from all around the world
attended this historical event. Since then Choi Kwang Do has been propelled to the international
martial art scene at a level never witnessed in martial art history. This time we are now once again
creating martial art history in Europe. On the 26th of April 2008, people from all world will be coming
together to celebrate 20 years of Choi Kwang Do excellence in the U.K
This is a personal invitation for you and your students to attend this mammoth event to be held in the
state of the art sport centre, K2, in Crawley, Sussex, England. Registration for the seminar will open
on our website starting the 10th of October 2007. Since this is an international event run from
headquarters, please help us by registering in a timely manner so we can eliminate any
complications pertaining to students, parents, instructors, black belts, and school owners.

Harrow CKD Instructors attend UK Workshops with Grandmaster Choi |

Instructors from Harrow Choi Kwang Do School and from all over the country took part in training
workshops with the founder of Choi Kwang Do, Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi.
The workshop's were thoroughly informative and inspiring. As always, Grandmaster Choi was on great
form and at the age of 65, still is kicking and punching like a 20 year old.
The following Harrow Choi Kwang Do Instructors attended the workshop's: Mr Chandresh Lad,
Mr Manish Patel, Mr Neel Vyas, Roshan Bhuwa, Krishna Sachdev and Nishid Jobanputra

Masonic Fair Demonstration |

Mr Lad would like to thank all the students who came along to demonstrate and support us at
the Harrow Masonic Fair. The day was a great success with a great deal of interest and awareness
created for the school. All those who attended had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Mr Lad's 3rd Dan Brown Tag Testing |
 |
Congratulations and Pil Suhng to Mr Lad on his Black Belt Testing on Sunday 24 June 2007 at
Wembley Choi Kwang Do School. This was Mr Lad's last public testing and those in attendance
would agree, it was far from easy.
