INTERNATIONAL CHOI KWANG DO SEMINAR - KOREA 2010 |
In October 2010, for the first time ever an International Choi Kwang Do Seminar will be held in
Seoul - Korea, the home Tae Kwon Do. As an organization, ‘Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International’
would like to demonstrate to Korea and the world that Choi Kwang Do is a truly exceptional martial art,
with dedicated students and instructors around the globe.
Those fortunate to attend will have the opportunity to share and celebrate a new and important milestone
for Choi Kwang Do.
Students & Instructors from Harrow Choi Kwang Do will be travelling to Korea as we have done in the past
to support Grandmaster Choi and the organization.
A full itinerary has been set out from arrival to and departure from Seoul, with the confirmed dates:
Thursday 07 October 2010 through to Thursday 14 October 2010.

June 2010 Black Belt Testing Results |

The students and instructors of Harrow Choi Kwang Do would like to congratulate Harrow CKD's
newest Black Belt and existing Black Belts on their promotion to Dan ranks! Congratulations to
Mr Matthew Round on his promotion to Il Dan, First Degree Black Belt and
Mr Shyam Harji, Mr Ketan Morar, Mr Vinay Morar & Miss Surina Panesar on their promotion to Second Degree Black Belt.
All five students have worked extremely hard and performed exceptionaly well
at the testing on Sunday, 13 June 2010. Pil Suhng!
The examining panel for the testing held at Wembley Choi Kwang Do School consisted of
Master Banfield V, Master Wright V, Mr Harper IV, Mr Arnese IV, Mr Lad IV, Mr Spencer III and Mr Wendt III.

Congratulations to our New Chief Instructor |

Congratulations to Mr Roshan Bhuwa on his promotion to Chief Instructor.
Mr Bhuwa has worked tremedously hard on both the technical and theory components of his training
and has demonstrated the necessary attributes required to become accomplished Instructor of Choi Kwang Do.
Having completed the three month Chief Instructor Training Programme Mr Bhuwa will now be taking on
a more active teaching role within the school and raise the number of dedicated Chief Instructors for the
school to 6.

INTERNATIONAL CHOI KWANG DO SEMINAR - LONDON 2010 |
Since 1987 Grandmaster Choi single handedly introduced the most revolutionary martial art in recent
history. In March 2007 we celebrated our 20th year anniversary in Atlanta, Georgia with the seminar,
special black belt testing, and many other activities. Thousands of people from all around the world
attended this historical event. Since then Choi Kwang Do has been propelled to the international
martial art scene at a level never witnessed in martial art history. This time we are now once again
creating martial art history in Europe. On Saturday 15 May 2010, people from all world will be coming
together to celebrate 22 years of Choi Kwang Do excellence in the U.K
This is a personal invitation for you to attend this mammoth event to be held at the Woking Leisure Centre in Woking.
Registration for the seminar is now open. Since this is an international event we request you reginster in a timely manner
to avoid any dissapointment.
